Exchange Policy
All items purchased in store and online may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase date for a Store Credit only.
Gold Policy
Gold purchases cannot be exchanged for a full refund. Gold purchases may be exchanged within 30 days for store credit. Gold orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellations. We try to process gold orders as soon as they are received. If you do not cancel a Gold order within 24 hours you can choose to accept the item (s) or receive a store credit for the value.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in the United States and Limited International locations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
At the time of shipping, you will be sent a tracing number for you order.
