Gold Return Policy
Gold purchases cannot be exchanged for a full refund. Gold purchases may be exchanged within 30 days for store credit.
Gold orders can be canceled within 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible for cancellations. We try to process gold orders as soon as they are received. If you do not cancel a Gold order within 24 hours you can choose to accept the item (s) or receive a store credit for the value.
14K Gold Quote Expiration Policy
Due to frequent fluctuations in the market price of gold, all quotes for 14K gold items are valid for 72 hours (3 business days) from the time the quote is issued.
After the 72-hour period has expired, the quote will no longer be honored and a new quote will be required, which may reflect current gold market pricing.
