If you need to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com or 877-766-9284 Monday- Friday 7-3 Atlantic Standard Time. We will send you return instructions by email.
We can ship to any address in the United States and limited international locations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some international destinations.
At the time of shipping, you will be sent a tracking number for your order.
*** Please be advised that since Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria, we can no longer ship orders by Express mail. Also be advised that the postal services are experiencing long delays in getting the orders into the tracking system and delays in delivery. We have noticed that orders are taking more than 10 days to be entered into the tracking system and an additional 10 days to be delivered.
If you are notified that an order was shipped, and it does not get into the tracking system, nor delivered after 21 days, please inform us via e-mail so that we can start the insurance claim and also ship a replacement.
We apologize for the possible delay and annoyance, but these are circumstances that are out of our control.
